About Us
HCS is a full-service civil engineering consulting firm that provides surveying, civil engineering and permitting services in support of land development projects. The company president and engineering principal, Scott P. Henderson, is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has worked in the land development industry for over a decade.

HCS provides surveying, engineering, permitting and construction management services and works closely with specialty consultants, including wetland scientists, landscape architects, and traffic consultants, amongst others. We can coordinate and manage all required services for your project and create the team you need to complete your project efficiently, sustainably and at budget.

HCS provides consulting services for many types of projects and clients, including single-family homes, residential subdivisions, commercial developments and feasibility studies, amongst others. We have provided support for projects in the MetroWest area, South Shore, North Shore, Cape Cod and throughout the Commonwealth.
